Yes, it is possible to print the store’s photo prints on other media and sizes other than those offered in the store. To do this, send us a request by e-mail to jacquesherremans.gallery@gmail.com, we will make you a price proposal for your favorite finish.

What is the delivery time after ordering?

The delivery time after the order is 8 to 12 days depending on the destination and the print ordered.

What are the payment methods available on the site?

How do I check the status of my order?

We send you e-mail updates on the status of your order. In the shipping confirmation, you will find the parcel number and a tracking link to follow your delivery.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?

If the work arrives at your home damaged, please contact us quickly by e-mail jacquesherremans.gallery@gmail.com. We will replace it as soon as possible, however it will be necessary to send us a photo of the damage as part of the complaints procedure.
